Brion Bivins — Retired U.S. Coast Guard Storekeeper, SK1

Brion Bivins served 21 years in the United States Coast Guard, including 17 years as a Storekeeper (SK) — the Coast Guard's federal procurement and supply specialist. His career spanned logistics management, procurement operations, vendor coordination, property accountability, and supply chain oversight across multiple commands and installations.

That experience translates directly into Bivins Group's core competencies: government logistics, inventory management, secure storage, procurement support, and facilities services. When Bivins Group takes on a federal contract, the leadership team understands the operational environment, reporting requirements, and accountability standards from firsthand military service.

Co-founded with Danielle Bivins — an experienced corporate compliance and vendor oversight professional — Bivins Group combines military operational expertise with strong business administration, contract reporting, and compliance management capabilities.
